Become Job-Ready in
Industrial Automation & PLC Programming.
A comprehensive 2-month, hands-on online program — 1 month of intensive live classes followed by 1 full month of dedicated turnkey capstone machine project. Train on Delta PLCs, ISPSoft and Factory I/O 3D simulation. No hardware required. Everything runs on your own laptop.
Apply for Online Cohort
Software-Only.
Fully Hands-On.
Everything runs on your own laptop. You write real Delta PLC code, download it to a simulated controller, and watch a 3D machine obey — or fail — exactly as it would on a shop floor.
Physical Trainer Benches
Requires travelling to physical labs with limited trainer kits, fixed time slots, and crowded batches where you only get to toggle basic toggle switches and LEDs.
ISPSoft + Factory I/O 3D Digital Twin
100% software-only execution on your laptop. Real Delta engineering software linked directly to 3D factory sorting cells, conveyors, and palletisers.
Engineering the Control Behind Modern Manufacturing.
Manufacturers across automotive, pharma, food processing, packaging and logistics are retrofitting lines with PLCs, drives, sensors and networked control. The machines change; the skill that runs them does not.
EVERY LINE
Runs on a PLC. It is the one platform common to almost every automated machine and production line you will ever meet.
INDUSTRY 4.0
Connected smart plants need engineers fluent in both control logic (ladder rungs) and industrial networking (Modbus and Ethernet).
BENGALURU & OEM HUBS
A dense base of machine builders, system integrators, and OEMs actively recruiting engineers who can walk through ladder logic and 3D machine programs.
Engineering graduates, diploma holders, and anyone entering the automation field. No prior experience needed — we start from how a factory works and build up to writing and testing your own machine programs.

Taught by Practising Automation Engineers
Classes are led live by engineers who commission machines for a living, so the examples come from real plants and the answers come from experience.
From Our Learners
Hear directly from candidates who transformed their controls engineering and machine programming skills with Incanto Dynamics.
“I had read about PLCs in college but never written a program. By class six I was debugging my own ladder logic on a running conveyor.”
“The simulation is what made it click. Watching the machine jam because of my logic taught me more than any lecture.”
“I walked into my interview with a capstone project I could explain line by line. That was the whole conversation.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about laptop specs, recordings, simulation, and certifications.
How is the 2-month training duration structured?
The program spans 2 full months divided into two focused phases: Month 1 is dedicated to 12 intensive live classes (covering PLC architecture, electrical wiring, Modbus communication, Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Factory I/O 3D simulation). Month 2 is 1 full month dedicated entirely to your turnkey industrial Capstone Project, where you engineer, program, simulate in 3D physics, document, and defend a complete automated machine with weekly faculty review.
Do I need to buy any physical PLC hardware or electrical kits?
No. The entire program is software-only and runs directly on your personal laptop. You write authentic Delta PLC code in ISPSoft (the exact software used by factory engineers) and download it to simulated controllers coupled with Factory I/O's realistic 3D physical world. No hardware to buy, no lab to book.
What laptop or computer specifications do I need?
A standard Windows laptop (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) with at least 8 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i3/i5 or AMD equivalent. If you use a Mac, our engineering support team will assist you in setting up Windows virtual machines (Parallels/UTM) or Bootcamp.
What happens if I miss a live class?
All Month 1 live classes are recorded in HD and uploaded to your student portal within 2 hours of class completion. You receive lifetime access to class recordings, downloadable project files, ladder logic templates, and assignment solutions. During Month 2 (Capstone Project), you also have access to weekly office hours and 1-on-1 mentor code reviews.
How does Factory I/O 3D simulation compare to physical hardware?
Factory I/O provides a physics-accurate shop floor where digital sensors trigger, conveyors transfer parts, and logic mistakes cause actual physical jams. In traditional labs, you might only turn a tiny LED on or off; with Factory I/O you commission complete 3D sorting, filling, and packaging lines.
Is the certificate recognised by manufacturing employers?
Yes. Incanto Dynamics is an ISO-certified, DPIIT-recognised institution. Your certificate carries a unique verification code, and more importantly, you graduate with a documented 3D capstone machine project that interviewers can inspect.
What is the schedule of the classes?
We offer two flexible cohort options: Weekday Evening Track (Mon-Wed-Fri 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM IST) and Weekend Track (Sat 7:00 PM & Sun 10:00 AM IST). You can choose your preferred track upon registration.
